Nicole Schuck

Dental Hygienist

I’m a passionate dental hygienist with over 20 years of clinical experience. A graduate of Wayne County Community College, I pride myself on my gentle approach and dedication to educating patients about their oral health.

I have been a part of the Canton community for over 25 years with my husband Jeff, raising our two children, Olivia and Aiden. When out of the office, you can find me cheering on my son at his baseball games, trying a new recipe, or spending time with family and friends.

I love having the opportunity to practice within my community at Canton Healthy Smiles and look forward to helping you achieve your brightest smile!

Front Desk
I’m thrilled to be part of the Canton Healthy Smiles team as the assistant to our Office Manager. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University back in 2010, but I’ve actually been in various customer service and office management roles for over 20 years! My main goal is making sure our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and even a little spoiled during their visits. I also take my responsibility as music curator for the office very seriously and will happily take your song requests so I can craft a playlist that makes your visit even more enjoyable! When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me in the garden, getting lost in a good book, hanging out with my amazing husband and our huge, lovable rescue dog, or dreaming about our next vacation adventure. Can’t wait to meet you!

Office Manager

As the Office Manager here at Canton Healthy Smiles, I love bringing a friendly, down-to-earth approach to taking care of our patients. My path to dental office management wasn't traditional—I started out as a high school teacher and spent some time in business and customer service. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's from the University of Michigan, and I’ve been proud to call Canton home since 2016. I didn't always love going to the dentist as a kid, but meeting Dr. B changed everything. It showed me that dental visits can actually be pleasant, and now I’m on a mission to bring that same comfort to everyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, you can usually find me cheering on my kids at their soccer games, curled up with a good book, or tackling a spontaneous DIY project.

Dental Assistant
I am a dedicated dental assistant with over 15 years of experience. I started my career in the dental field at just 17 years old, developing a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dental visits. In 2007, I earned my bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy, and afterwards I graduated as valedictorian of the dental assisting program at Everest University. Over the years, I've become truly committed to continuously learning and excelling in my profession. One of the things I enjoy most about dental assisting is the opportunity to help patients and make their experience as comfortable and positive as possible. I truly believe that a warm, reassuring presence can make a big difference in a patient's day. I’m grateful for the chance to combine my experience, compassion, and love of helping others in my work here at Canton Healthy Smiles. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my wonderful daughter. I love being a dance mom and also enjoy dancing myself. I’ve been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority for 20 years. At home, I enjoy cuddling up with my fur babies and spending quality time with my family.

My job is to help humans feel brave when they visit the dental office. In 2025, I graduated from Michigan Dog Training of Plymouth with my certification as a therapy and service dog. If you ever feel anxious or have the wiggles in the dental chair, I am here to help. I can apply deep pressure with comforting lap cuddles and provide calming vibes during dental visits. I love my front desk-greeting duties and welcome you with a wagging tail and high-fives. Every day, I try my very best to be the goodest, smartest, and sweetest dog ever.

When I am off-duty and the red vest comes off, you can find me chasing my tail, searching for the absolute best sticks, going on long sniff-walks, or snoring loudly during couch cuddles with my humans. I can't wait to welcome you with lots of love and gentle nose boops!
